Katie and Phineas don't have RV's unfortunately, but it would be cool if they did

I think that the random weekly NPC's do not have RV's, only the special holiday ones.

I wish they had RV's but they don't sadly. =[ I'm sure if Katie had one she'd have the stuff you can get from her there, but I don't know what Phineas would have...
Oh man a Phineas RV would be interesting. I can imagine him having all sorts of cool old timey furniture and antiques.

OoOoOooooo, I really wish they did hav RV's, especially Phineas. I agree that it would be all old antiques and lots of books pilled around the place. Torminer would also be pretty cool I think, I don't think he has an RV does he? I haven't seen it at least o_o

I would expect Phineas to maybe have loads of balloons (like he did in city folk) or it would just be a camp themed RV.
That would actually be a cool idea and it would make it easier to get some StreetPass balloons if you could order them there.
What about Chip though? I just saw that he's supposed to be a daily but I don't think I've ever seen him. Is he exclusive to certain towns like Copper/Booker? Because I've seen Nat more than once...

Chip does have an RV! He was in my cycle town the other day.
(I've never seen Copper's RV or Booker's RV in either of my towns. o.o)
I don't think I've ever had Chip but I've seen him in other towns. I don't think Katie or Phineas have RV's because those characters have to do with Multiplayer and there are some people who have all wireless communication turned off, either for parental controls or personal preference. Not sure why Tortimer doesn't have one, though.

I honestly did wish they had RVs. I'm not sure what qualifies a character as being allowed to have one. It makes sense for holiday characters like Jingle, Franklin, Blanca, and Jack, or event characters like Nat and Chip... But then, Gulliver, Pascal, Wendell, Copper/Booker, and Saharah can also have one.
Actually, I'm still a little miffed you can't use Amiibo cards to get RVs, just the plastic amiibos.
Oh, and while on the topic of Katie (who would have Katie-exclusive items and interesting travel stuff, much like Rover), and Phineas, who would probably have antiquities and old fashioned stuff like that... I'd love it if Redd and especially Katrina had RVs. I want almost everything Katrina has in her tent. ;A;

Crazy, I've never seen him before! Although, I did only see Jack recently since the update.

That's how I feel, too. I like when Copper visits, though. It's cute.
Chip's RV makes me hungry.
