K Drama !! Need suggestions! <:

So recently I started watching Korean Dramas and I've gotta say, I really like it. It's a refreshing thing for me, someone who's only ever watched anime for the majority of their life.

I finished "You're Beautiful" and even though I cried buckets, I didn't like it all that much. Shinwoo is just-- AHH I can't not look at him without crying.
I'm also almost done with "Heartstrings" which I like a LOT. Much much much more than my first one, and Park Shin Hye is just absolutely adorable/beautiful with that hairstyle. ; 3 ;

I want to know what are some reaaaaaally good K Dramas that you've seen.

Some that are on my To-Watch List are:
Boys Over Flowers
Flower Boy Ramen Shop

and some Taiwanese Dramas too like:
In Time With You
Autumn's Concerto

Are any of those really good?

Boys Over Flowers looks hilarious IMO.

Don't watch the Korean version of BoF. The Japanese and Taiwanese version are much better from what I've heard, and the Korean one was very dragged out imo. please don't shoot me ;-;

Personal Taste has some really cute moments in it, and the leading male is also in the Korean version of BoF. Coffee Prince is a really good drama, and if you like action you have to check out Two Weeks. The OST is amazing <3
From what I remember, Before and After Plastic Surgery Clinic was really funny, but if I'm about 60% sure there's a little bit of actual surgery in it.

I also highly recommend Still, Marry Me and Pasta. If you're into family drama, The Suspicious Housekeeper is pretty good, minus the completely unnecessary romantic subplot ^.^

The beginning is really good, it just started to lose me at the end, but I think that's because I'm kind of picky about that kind of thing ^.^; The family drama one can be a bit dark at times, but it's still pretty good and has cute moments.

Ohh, yeah that happened to me for Heartstrings but it was only boring for like 3 episodes max.

To be honest, I don't really like family dramas, but if I really have nothing else to watch I'll give it a go. (x

I swear, Heartstrings has been on my to-watch list for the longest time. Don't know why I've never gotten around to it
If they're not your cup of tea, that's cool ^.^ There are soooo many good romance dramas out there, I doubt that it'll be hard for you to find nothing to watch c:

My favorite kdrama is My Girl and you should watch it! it's cute and HILARIOUS, i love the girl's character so much and the dude is also awesome but mean and prickly, but they're perfect? Like he's so 'boring' and the girl is all fun <:

You should also try Goong (this might get on your nerves at times though if you can't take super drama) but the story is pretty good too! And their chemistry is really cute

Full House is also one of my all-time favorites! Also: Personal Taste, Playful Kiss, etc. (if you like my recommendations and want more, i can try to remember other ones i loved) i'm into comedy/romance so ^^;

dude do it. it's definitely above average, but then again, i try not to be picky with new things so I could be overrating it.

Omg. Autumn's Concerto is my favorite drama of all time, hands down. >_< I was initially reluctant to watch if because the plot on wiki sounded so boring, but I still watched it because many people recommended it. It was great. I used up a whole box of tissues around episode 6 I think. cx


Anyway. For korean drama I'd recommend 49 days, love rain, secret garden, angel eyes (I'm not done watching this one yet, but it's really good so far. c: )

City Hunter!!!!!! Sungkyunkwan Scandal is a close second. (girl pretends to be boy)The historical style of it put me off for a minute then I basically binge watched the series. I liked To the Beautiful You a lot.(girl pretends to be boy) And Full House.(Rain!) 49 days is good but sad. Master's Sun was good but I closed my eyes during scary parts. haha. Coffee Prince is a classic.(girl pretends to be boy)
I also enjoyed Gu Family Book, Shining Inheritence, Goong, My gf is a Gumiho, Iljimae, Heirs, Nice Guy(gets a lil frustrating though), Queen In-hyun's Man!, Sly and Single Again, You From Another Star!!

I also like Coffee Prince sooo much. The actress is amazing and I love her in Goong as well
