Just Started - Need Shovel

Hello!! I was a big AC City Folk player on my Wii. I just got a 3DS and ACNL. My shop does not have a shovel or fishing rod and I would greatly appreciate if anyone has one I can buy. Also, looking for friends as I get up and running!!
