Just reached 4 stars! Advice for 5 star island?

Spent about an hour decorating a part of the island to look like a playground and I went to check in with Isabelle (who told me items from the NookStop could up the island rating) only to see I've gone up to a 4 star! Any advice on fences/flowers/objects to reach a 5 star island?

In general more is better except you don't want too many trees or items lying in the ground. Bridges and inclines also help with your rating. You can use bugs and fish as furniture if you don't otherwise have enough furniture. It's not much more sophisticated than just adding a lot of stuff.

And then when you think you’ve added more than enough, add even more. I have 5 stars, and parts of my island feel needlessly decorated, but it’s all good!

Add fencing, flowers, and furniture until it feels like too much.. then double it haha. But bridges and inclines are helpful too
