Just left home and now he's on a mystery island!

Just yesterday, Zucker was in boxes. Today, he left. And on my third mystery tour, there was Zucker! Crazy. Of course, he doesn't remember me. I'm tempted to invite him back because I had the Zucker with the stupid default house. I really was looking for a peppy (one who happens to be a wolf LOL), but I don't know. I'm going to turn this island into a tarantula island and hunt for a while and think it over.

But, the bottom line for those wondering, yes, you can see villagers on tour that left your island. And it can happen very, very quickly.

It's a shame they don't recognize you anymore, I wonder if it's different for villagers you didn't get for your tutorial?

Yeah, Kevin moved out of my island and was the literal first island visitor I found after he left. He didn't recognize me from what I recall.

I haven't met a villager I've lost yet but I know that villagers you gave to someone else (intentionally, idk about voids) recognize you!
I was holding Agent S for my bf and now that he has her she remembers me!

I've pretty much imagined the scenario that the Dodo birds are able to fly to parallel universes.

So when I run into someone I use to have and they don't recognize me it's because they weren't the same villager I had before.

This is unacceptable behavior. Zucker just wanted to vacation on a beautiful bamboo island and I've turned it into a barren spider-verse.

Your experience with Zucker gives me hope. Muffy was one of my starting 2 and she's now become a dreamy for me that I'd like to keep, but I really don't like her stupid pastel-customized wooden-block furniture house. I've tried to give her furniture to replace some of those pieces and she just... won't. I'm seriously tempted to let her move out so I can try to get her again and have a better house. I know I'd have to build up friendship again, but it might be worth it.

The danger would be not encountering her or having to use a lot of tickets, but at least we now know it can be done.

No way I would ever get rid of my Zucker.. He is one of my untouchables. Zucker, Marina, Lolly, Lily and Ozzie are my 100% never leavings..

Aaugh! I just ran into Freya on an island! I love Freya, I love wolves, but I have two snooties! And, if I take her, that means my island hopping fun is over! But, I took her. I just couldn't resist. Maybe I'll make an all-wolf island. But, of course, this does mean I left Zucker behind. Sorry, raqball.
