Just bumped into Beau

Twiggy asked to leave so I said go for it. I was going to amiibo her out anyways so I figured I'd try NMT and see what I get... Ticket 3 is Beau. I have not left the island yet and am debating inviting him. I do not have a deer but I already have 3 lazies in Zucker, Ozzy, and Lucky...

Thoughts on Beau... I need to decide so I can leave this Island...

I really like Beau. Some pros based on your situation;

• You can save NMT by inviting Beau
• You do not have any deer
• You can save time by selecting him right now
• You might get a villager that is less than Beau
• Lazy crew unite
• Beau is awesome

Beau is great and I'd be really sad to pass him up, but I do not recommend having more than two of any personality at any time. Just my opinion, though.

If you TT you can do the 15 day method and kick some of your lazy villages out and sell them!

If getting Beau makes you happy regardless of how many lazies you have then get him.

If you think it will bother you to have too many lazies but you still want him then think if you prefer Beau over any of the other lazy villagers you have. If you prefer him then get him and move out the lazy you don't like as much.

Campsite prioritizes missing personality types so if Beau will lock you out of one then you can wait for a random camper to show up to boot out a different lazy. It does rely on the random picking out a lazy to swap with so keep that in mind.​

Yeah I can always amiibo him out of I change my mind.... I still need to amiibo in Molly and Ribbot. I was going to use Molly for Twiggy but she asked to leave so I figured why not...

My male / female balance if I take Beau would be 5 male and 5 female Villagers...

I like my lazies is the problem.... Zucker is not going anywhere, Lucky is great and I love Ozzie... I guess if one needed to go I could boot any of them except Zucker as I do not have his amiibo to get him back in..

He's popular because he's one of the "prettiest" Lazies, so if that appeals to you, by all means grab him! Otherwise, if you don't have a Lazy you'd like to replace with him, I wouldn't bother.

I guess I could take him and see.. 1st time I've ran across him so far. Not sure if Beau is rare or not but I might not see him again if I pass...

I could amiibo Molly in for Daisy then amiibo Ribbot or Sprocket in for Ozzy or Lucky...

Okay I took him...

I need to amiibo Ozzy out anyways at some point because the poor little guy is in his basic starter house and he deserves better!... This will give me time to decide if I want to keep Beau, Ozzie (have his amiibo) or Lucky (have his amiibo) along with Zucker (who is not going anywhere).. I don't think I want more than 3 lazies even though I like their personality...

I'm in the same situation with crankies. I somehow ended up with three, but when the opportunity arose to get my boo Rolf, I sure as hell jumped on it. I figured I could cycle out two others, or they'd move on their own eventually anyway. So if you really love Beau, that's what I'd recommend doing. Because if you let him go now, who knows when you might find him again?

I'd never sell a villager. If I don't want one, I'd offer them for free to a good home. If someone wanted to leave a donation, I'd not complain but it would not be a requirement...

I'll see.... I like the lazies I already have but maybe 4 will be okay.. If not Ozzie or Lucky would need to go if I keep Beau...

Beau is my favorite lazy. I think he has a very pleasing color scheme, a cool design and I love those sleepy eyes, but there's plenty other good lazies and seeing as you already have 3 it may be too much.

Four villagers of the same personality sounds like hell to be honest. I have 3 peppys and I'm already so annoyed by their dialogue. I'd advise anyone to aim for one villager per personality, but if you want him than go for it. Personally I really enjoy having Beau on my island.

Nah... I do not like the cranky, Uchi or snooty personalities and went to great lengths to rid my island of them.. I don;t mind 3. Right now I have 4 so one will go and it will probably Ozzie for now...
