Hmmm I had something like that happen before with Roscoe (they weren't in boxes on their move out date). I think it may have been because I TT'd in-between the time he told me he was moving and his date.

Is it okay if I give you 14 mil + all of the TBT bells I have? Or once I get Julian placed I could TT so I can harvest more perfect fruit to sell and get you the last 1mil (I could still give you the TBT bells either way, cause I don't really use them).

Uhhh the 14 mil + 300 tbt could work. would actually raise your bid by like 1.6 mil. So sure
