I usually ask that people buy items from Retail (priced for 1mil each) for larger transactions. It's faster because the recipient doesn't need to recount/confirm or pick up the money. Also, for shady buyers (people on other sites, or with bad Wi-Fi ratings) it ensures that the person isn't just putting down bags of 10k.

Pricing things for 1mil each and carrying 1.6mil + 400k in letters is probably the fastest Retail method.
Pricing things for 1mil and others for 500k is also pretty quick. I usually do fruit for 1mil and flowers for 500k, to differentiate.
