Giveaway Julian the Smug Unicorn moving! ~~ Raffle ~~ Signups Closed!

I was originally going to help a friend by trying to use him for a dreamy trade but she's luckily found her dreamy without needing Julian to trade. So I figure I'll do a raffle. I will use random.org to randomly pick a winner from the entries. I'll also use it to pick runnerups just in the event we may need one or two.
Julian is completely original house and shirt wise. He did copy off a villager for their catchphrase though. He said he wanted to move on the 10th but I'm on the 7th currently in the game.

Entries will be accepted up until 4pm EST tomorrow. At 5pm EST I will announce the winner and runnerups. Afterwards the winner will have 30 minutes to show to claim him before he goes to the runnerup. Runnerups will have 15 minutes each to be online to claim before he's passed down the line.
