Auction Julian the Smug Unicorn - Best Offer by October 4th

I've decided to let the famous Julian go on to find greener pastures. If you're interested in inviting Julian to move into your town, I'll be giving him to the best offer - in-game bells only, via the drop method. He's no longer original, and although his move-out day is October 6th, I'm planning on TTing him out on either the 4th or 5th depending on the availability of the highest offer. The auction will end on October 4th (this Saturday).

If you're curious about my credibility, I have two references from happy adoptions I've done recently.
