julian is moving in 3 days in my game, but i'm willing to TT to it his catchphrase and shirt are original, i'm not sure about his house.

i'm pretty much only looking for in game bells so make offers !! i want him out by tomorrow for sure.

I can take him now. Actually, I'm having 10 villagers right now but one is in boxes and will move out tomorrow. So I don't know if it will work when I talk to Julian right now, or if I need to wait for that villager to move out tomorrow.

Ah, I prefer to keep my time similar to the real time. But I just checked online and it said the villager would be able to move in tomorrow so it's fine. Can I add you and come over to pay you now?
