It took me a minute to realize I had to click on the box to find out the winner... LOL
Now on to figure out how to give people good ratings.
You don't know how to give Positive Wi-Fi ratings? All you have to do is go to ones' profile, and there will be a white tab with "Wifi Ratings" on it. I think in the corner of the box giving you their ratings there will be a link saying "Submit Feedback for >ProfileName<" and there you go. uvu
