Julian or Marshal?

I have both since I love smugs and while Marshal does act cute and stuff I just prefer Julian more since I liked all 3 smug horses and I had Julian longer so I know him more

Julian by far, his designs is just fantastically interesting and unique. Marshal on the other hand has one of the most boring designs in the game. He doesn't even get close to being one of my favourite squirrels so I've never understood the hype around him.

If a game isn't especially detailed, I tend to gravitate towards its cuter elements, so I probably lean towards Marshall. Just because something is simple, doesn't mean it's inherently boring compared to something else. Julian is pretty cool though. I actually had him move into my town shortly after I reset it.

I'm gonna go with Marshal. I like them both equally and have had them both at the same time and consider them bros, but Marshal is the one who lives in my town currently and the one who i'm quite good friends with. If that wasn't the case since I see Marshal on most if not all days since he lives in my main i'd go for Julian. Simply because I enjoy his design and although all smugs generally say the same thing it's what sets him apart from the other villagers and helps you to see him in a different light how you see other smugs if that makes sense.

For example because of how for example sloppy Limberg looks because of his unkept stubble i'd say i'd imagine him to be quite a messy person. Which sets him apart from other crankies who say the same thing because I visualise him differently. Similar with Julian because of his design, I imagine him to be a prince in a faraway land.

I like marshal more because of his aesthetic and also that he's a squirrel. Julian is also bright blue, which wouldn't go with my town and I don't like the way he looks imo.

personally i just love unicorns. and i only joined here recently. i've never had either of them. and well i do like marshall, though i think peanut much better (so adorable i love her <3. even if that was in a past life), and i really do like most of the squirells. but horses are my favorite out of all (well cheetahs are actually my favorite animal but horse second) and i just freaking love unicorns. so yeah. that's why i choose julian over marshall. they are both nice though.

I prefer Julian even if his eyes are never open. Marshal's always been very bland in my opinion.

I love Julian! He's a close second very close and would be my favorite if Tiffany didn't exist. He's my laptop wallpaper right now. My inner preteen flips out over him. I used to collect unicorns and read all the unicorn stories. He was well-designed in personality and appearance.<3 I also love that he is most likely gay.
