Selling Julian is leaving town!

In a tragic, I haven't played a lot recently, Julian is leaving my main town. This said, I can't say he is original (His clothes aren't for sure, his house may still be) I'm looking to sell him for about 100 TBT or 20 million IGB. I'll be around for about 30 minutes, and then again in another 5 hours. I'll sell him to whoever is around when I am.
