This is my first time to actually auction a villager. Julian showed up in my cycle town and he's not on my dreamie list and I could really use the bells.

I figure whoever has the lowest wi-fi rating will take care of their end of the bargain first. I have only two people who have left feedback on my wi-fi rating, and I completely understand that that would make some people nervous. So I am happy to go first if the person who wins has a higher wi-fi rating.

I have no idea what the buyout should be. Like I said, this is my first time to auction. I've traded and given away three times before, but never auctioned.
