Julian and Ken! Who should live where?

I am wondering which town I should get Julian in and which I should get Ken in.

Whichever one goes to Neo Mercury will require a LOT of Camp resetting. While I can easily Plot reset for one in Tartarus.

Neo Mercury's Line-Up is: Hopper, Hans, Clay, Drago, Phoebe, Ankha, Rory, Marina, Bam
( I will be replacing Bam with Shari soon.)

My planned line up for Tartarus is:
Mira, Merengue, Tammi, Amelia, Stitches, Nana, Biff, Octavian, Tucker

So who should go where. Please also post a reason.
