I would like to have 100 TBT OR 5 million in-game Bells (more is optional, I can always dream lol~). Please only buy

when you have space in your town to pick him up! No holding.

Regarding originality... Julian's shirt is still original, but his catchphrase has changed to "me meow" (booo Ankha!). He has only resided in Falonia for a short period of time and for this reason I have not seen the inside of his home. However, I am positive that his interior is very much in tact.

Regarding paying... If you pay with TBTs, please transfer these BEFORE picking up Julian. If you pay with in-game Bells, you could choose to drop or do Re-Tail. Please let me know in advance.

Regarding holding... When you post an offer in this thread, you must have space in your town for adopting a villager at that very moment. I will not hold a villager for you, nor will I wait for you to make space in your town. I apologize for this.
