Joey is the 4th yellow house as you make a left from the airport along the beach. Beach to the left of the airport (in front of coffee house) also contains free DIY. Nooks selling cordless phone and yellow cake mixer. Lief in town. Will be sitting by the coffee shop - probably won't be responding (doing chores). Feel free to shop, explore - just don't trample on flowers etc.
