Jock recommendations

I have Bam as my jock and I love him! I think he’s really cute. He was my starter villager so unfortunately he has a starter house for me but I looked up his house and I think it’s cute! By jock standards, anyways. I think it fits his personality really well.

I saw somebody else suggest Rudy and he is so cute too! I’ve never had him before but I love his design

Pierce is a strong looking eagle who has a very colorful and fun design. I gave him a short sleeve shirt to show off the patterns on his wings. The inside of his home is pretty sporty which both fits the personality but also stands out quite a bit from most other homes. Pierce deserves more love.

I also had Sly and he was a solid pick. I enjoyed the military aspect of him quite a bit, but I wasn't sold on his interior. After a gifted outfit ended up almost in the middle of the room, I did decide to let him go.

I also want to try out Drift and Sheldon. I feel both of these lads get overlooked quite often. Drift is such a colorful villager that actually makes sense as poison dart frogs are a colorful species. Meanwhile Sheldon is a cute squirrel with a fall themed interior which is nice for those liking more natural homes but also in a way where it looks livable as he has the basic essentials as in a bad and table with chairs.

Bam was really tempting as he himself is adorable, but his interior isn't that great.

Cousteau! He's my starter jock. I believe his real house looks like a restaurant.

I also love Teddy! He was my starter Jock and I still have him because really the only other jock I'd want more would be Rudy. He's so cute and nice and he usually wears the white sailor-style top or yellow aran-knit cardigan I got him, so he looks adorable. I also gave him a white aran-knit sweater, but he doesn't wear that as much, which is disappointing, because when he does, he looks like a Welsh farmer or something.

I have Mac in New Leaf, and even though he looks a bit strange (at least, in my opinion) he grew on me pretty quickly, too.

Agreeing with everyone saying Tybalt. He's my favorite jock design, and I really hope I run into him some day.

It looks like you already have a tiger, though, so in case you don't want to double up, I'll also suggest Coach!

Gotta love Sterling. He's a knight. He has a dungeon for a house. He's also an eagle which means he's got the body shape perfect for a jock.

I like Buck and Rudy. Unfortunately, Buck doesn't have the greatest of houses.

I had Tank as my starter too and his is my forever jock. I also like Scoot, Bill, Drift, Tad, and Rudy.

Kid Cat: Pretty much speed racer

Ribbot: Frogtimus Prime

Drift: Don't have him but he seems cool

My favorite jock is Boone... but since you're not a fan of Gorillas, I think Genji and Ribbot are really cool and unique, plus their houses are 10/10, but if you're going for "cute" villagers instead, then Dom, Scoot or Kid Cat would be my pick.

There are loads of jock villagers I like: Sterling, Sparro, Ribbot, Sprocket, Drift, Jay, Sly and Snake are all really cool

My hand picked jocks are Poncho and Rudy. Poncho is a blue cub, completely adorable which kinda makes me laugh when he goes on about his abs. I also have Rudy the cat I love his aesthetic so whilst I may not entirely love the jock personality I love seeing him around. Otherwise I have Dom but I love the sheep villagers he ain't never leaving Hobbiton!
