What is the exact date? If it is during the fireworks festival, then she won't show up I have noticed.

Now when I bring friend she cant be found D:
Joan DOES show up during fireworks...but if you have Katie in your town she doesn't! I am not sure if she goes away during wifi...I would imagine she doesn't since people go to others towns to buy turnips...but if you have another character wandering your town (like Katie etc) she won't show up...apparently there can't be two!

I have bought turnips at 2 different friends towns with no issues within the last week or two.
However, I tried to have someone come to my town to buy turnips and she was no where to be found. We looked for like 15 minutes. I had her trapped in holes, and as soon as the other person got there she just wasn't there. Very weird.
