Well but i guess they are legit in a way, they dont have ridiculous stats or something, i used to hate pokegen but then i realized 40% of pokemon are hacked, so i cant do anything

Probably 99% of all the shinies and legendaries (and shiny legendaries, I dare say) sold on here are hacked. It's too good to be true to have a legitimate shiny with perfect IVs and a good nature.

How do you tell if it's a hacked pokemon? I would be willing to wager that some of the ones my son has are, he trusts people too much.

There's a blue Pentagon marker on it if it's legitimate. I often look at the trainer ID to see if it looks suspicious.

If it has 6 iv its hacked, as Flop said, too good to be tru, you can check the ivs in kiloude city
