Jipped on my color change?

So I just went to change my user title color and bought it, put in the color code: 52D57E and it didn't change but still turned to N/A so I can't configure it... Did I get jipped or will it take a minute to show?

Idk if you need to include the # in it or not, since it was over a year ago I changed mine.. if not 1 ??

You still have it with your collectibles so I take it says n/a where you configure it?

Ah now it disappeared, but yeah I'd ask an admin/staff if they can refund it, or you have to get another one.. I think lol.
