I will definitely do mayors! I was brought on to 4 films for the summer, in addition to being a student, and I realized I probably won't have as much time as I'd like to commissions, and I didn't want to leave anybody hanging! I can add you to the freebie list, and you can let me know if you'd like me to move you up to the TBT list :3
