Japanese/Cafe island help

A bit back I made a thread to celebrate male cats, and have it based off japan with Cat cafes around. Very bright/pink for the most part.

Problem is I have no idea on how to go about doing that, Im not sure where to really start either. So I was wondering if anyone could give me some advive, or you can come see it. But I havent added much to it.
