Japan is getting an Animal Crossing themed 3DS XL

But yeah I would have likes a furniture leafin maybe the side of the top screen on the inside and maybe a tree on the very front, them trees have been the same ever since the beginning of animal crossing time, but I guess with the newer tree designs coming in 3DS, maybe it wouldn't be symbolic enough... Rover on the front? Or wait...

When I first saw the title I kinda had hoped for something that was black, and had the leaf symbol in the middle, but then when I saw it I was disappointed

That would actually be very nice. I think I'd like white with the leaf symbol on it. I still think this one's cute, but I'd like a big leaf symbol even more!

I'm so jealous of Japan right now. I love the simplicity of it, though I think the leaf is the only one most people would recognise straight off the bat. Maybe if the fossil shapes were more blue like they are in the games. But, anyway, I really hope they bring this out over here. I hadn't any intention before of upgrading from my original 3DS but I definitely would for this XL.

I think it looks cute for what it is. Probably wouldn't play it in public but I love the series so much I'd buy one if it was released in the US.

I'm afraid I don't see any appeal in it. It is nice to see Animal Crossing get its own console design, though. It's just that the 3DS XL already has such a 'meh' design to it to begin with. This doesn't help it any. My Aqua Blue 3DS is the best!

WHen I heard about it, I made an AC Mii for it, for when I buy it in the shops.

I for myself prefer simple designs. That's the reason why I actually like the Animal Crossing themed Nintendo 3DS XL. If I hadn't already a normal Nintendo 3DS, I would most likely buy it. It really looks like a togepi egg (as someone mentioned before), but I think that this is really cute.

That would be something that I would consider buying. Not a huge fan of the animal crossing special edition though. If it was a choice between that and a normal 3DS XL that wasn't white I would go with the latter.

Yeah, stickers are a cool idea! It's kind of hard getting it in Germany :/ The Leaf of Animal Crossing would be perfect! ME GUSTA! It reminds me of the Apple logo I'm actually wondering why Apple hasn't sued Nintendo for this...? On November 16th, the white XL along with MK7 (already downloaded onto the SD Card) will be available for 219,99€.
Does anyone know where to get these stickers?

I'm sure somewhere has them for sale, but as far as I know most people find pictures online and print them out onto sticker paper.
That's what I did with my original DS.

I don't really like the look of it so I'm not very jealous we're not getting it in NA. I think it would have looked cooler if maybe it was green with like, an AC trademark leaf on it? You know what I mean? If that's what it looked like, then I would be totally jealous. That one just looks so cluttered and tacky and looks like it took them five minutes to design.
