I made a trading blog for my unused items!

Heres how it works:
1)I will put items up for auction.(The items up for auction are on right.)
2) The starting price can either be bidded on ,or be bought for the Instant Buy price.
3)They will be sold to the person who bids the highest on them by a certain date,or be sold to the person when they buy it by Instant Buy.
4)The highest bidder/buyer will get my code,come to my town and claim their item,and pay me the exact amount of money.
Rules:
-If you want to bid/Instantly Buy an item,post it on my Topic on The Bell Tree,"Izzy's Cranny-Bidding/Buying."Only post during trading times,or you will be put on JAIL list for a week.
-I will add items to the list every time a get a new item.
-Once you post your bidding price or declare you will Instantly Buy it,you have a week to claim that item,and your name and the item will be posted on the Highest Bidder/Instant Buyer list,and once it is,you HAVE.If your bidding price for an item is topped by someone else,you will be replaced by that person for that item.If you go a week without claiming your item,you will be posted on the JAIL list(to the right)and will not be able to Bid/Instant Buy for a week.If you are a winner/buyer and never claim you item,you will be put on the JAIL list for a month.
-No stealing or messing up my town!If you do I will post a warning on The Bell Tree forum and you will be banned from trading(be put on JAIL list for permanent).You won't get away with it anyway,I'll just turn the game off!
