Am I doing something wrong? This can't be normal. I've TT'ed through the entire month of May with 0 purple hyacinths. I started by breeding the orange ones, which popped up right away from my yellow + red hyacinths. I'm at about 10 orange hyacinths now, watering them daily for nearly 30 days straight and not a single purple has sprouted.
I realize at this point I should probably just by them from someone, but my stubborn self is like well I've sunk so much time into this already and I have all these orange flowers I don't actually want, I really want to see this through, lol. There shouldn't be anything else to it, is there? I have my orange hyacinths in the diagonal/grid pattern. Do I need to use my golden watering can? I'm saving that for just my black roses, not sure if it affects other flowers, like these hyacinths. The only thing I haven't tried is getting people to come over and water them, but I don't really want to do that if I can help it because it's so time consuming.
Am I just having horrible luck or am I doing something wrong? Any help is appreciated!
