🍃 i've been cursed

i recently restarted my town and it seems i've been cursed. it has taken me three days to plot reset for every single new villager that has moved in. my first villager? took three days to get a villager i liked, shep in this case, into a good spot. my second villager? took three days to get a villager i liked, deidre, into a good spot. my third villager? it took three days to get a plot with whitneys name on it in an ok position.
have anyone else been "cursed" with anything?

My most recent town has been really lucky, but I've had some bad experiences.
For example, unwanted villagers constantly moving into spots where I wanted PWPs. It's happened at least 6 times now. Yikes!

There's a chance that it might be because you dont have many PWPs yet (since youre a new town) so it's a lot harder than most other towns? D:

yeah, thats definately why! theres space above my house i dont want anyone to move into, but i dont have any pwps there so they always plop down there

I know this thread is fairly old now however I have been cursed by anchovy...
I restarted my town and he was there again and again and again every time. I'm convinced he was some sought of demon. Following me so he can take men to get imprisoned in a pond... I have no idea why but he scares me..
I mean he isn't a well- ugly villager but he isn't in my opinion a pretty one either. What he says is cute however the truth behind his lies... They freak me out... Well actually know this is a theory but if what I think is true then I am cursed by THE ANCHOVY. Yea I know it's pathetic but it's a curse

Well, when I was restarting my town, I couldn't seem to get apples (the fruit I wanted). I got pears, cherries, oranges and LOADS of peaches, but no apples. I finally managed to get a layout I liked with apples as its main fruit, though.
