It's a rare thing when Fabio Biancarelli sets a goal for himself and even rarer when he accomplishes it.

I dead lifted 300 pounds today. I weigh around 110, so that's almost 200 more than I weigh.

I can only bench 110 my weight is around 105 so yea...... but I'm a runner so I u usually focus on my lower body strength. Although when wrestling season comes around I work more on my upper body.

I'm light, but it doesn't mean I suck. I play varsity at a class B school. I'm fast, strong for my size, I initiate contact and I'm not afraid of it, and my arms and hands, *censored.2.0*... My arms touch my knees and I can palm a men's basketball. I'm built for the reciever position.

I have tons of Football players at my school in that weight class. We are actually pretty good for our school's size. :)
