It's true that the most recent villager can't move out?

Drago move in recently, but he plotted in a bad place. I want to move out him now, and the rest of my villagers are dreamies, what can I do?

i think it's true, i could be wrong though. i had curlos as an accidental move-in and i spent ages trying to get him out, but he just wouldn't move. i gave up & had to move out one of my dreamies. once they did he asked to move. so... in my case yes.

Hmm, well I had someone move in ages ago to complete my second town's permanent villagers, and a little over a week later they asked to leave. I wasn't even TT'ing. So, I would say it certainly does happen but maybe it's not too common.

In my last town I once had Ruby the rabbit show up unknowingly and unwanted. I talked to her everyday that week, began to like her, and then she asked to move a week after moving in. I was pretty surprised, since I believed newest residents couldn't move as well, but she packed up and left on her moving date. It does happens, but I suppose it's very uncommon.
If you want Drago out, talk to him and become good friends since well-liked villagers always ask to leave. If you don't want to wait that long.. be very, very, careful with TT, unless you feel like doing the 16 villager rotate to get your dreamie back.

They can leave it's just not that common
It's just more easier to make one so that last one can move out
But yes the last one can move
It's Just rare
But then again everything it's random
