Buying Items on my Wishlist

I want to finish my wishlist so that I can focus on helping others do the same. So I've sorted mine into several categories, that I will update as I get stuff. I will pay TBT, IGB, NMT, DIY materials, and items on your wishlist (if I have it). I am currently in the process of listing everything that I have the ability to give, and will update this thread when I'm done.

I was under the impression that you could use them more than once. If that's true, then I'd like one.
