I know the struggle...spent a while getting the modern set on a whim for my secondary character, and as soon as it was finished I won a rare set in a giveaway. Didn't have any room for it in my mayor's house, so I shoved it on to my secondary, but now she has a bunch of modern furniture in her closet waiting for a good home. c: I might have to order some things on your list, but I think I have most of it in storage.
