A few things:
-I don't care if we trade in your town or my town. Let me know if you have a preference.

-Items will remain on my 'For Sale' list until I have actually given them to someone else. If someone has asked about an item before you, I will honor their request first. If I have multiples, then that's a different story but I only have multiples of some things.

-Once we are ready to trade, give me a few moments to assemble your order and I will be ready before too long. I trust that payment will be sent unless we are trading items or you are giving me IGB.

-If I don't hear back from you regarding your offer within a few days, the items you requested will be available for someone else. If we've talked about it, don't worry.
