It takes the same number of customisation kits to put a sticker on the electric guitar as it takes to paint the entire pipe organ!

Bells

I just thought it was hilarious when I found out. It's like, 4200 bells to put a tiny sticker on a guitar 😆

Has anyone else seen some funny or weird inconsistencies in the game, or things that just make no sense?

The drink machines are the same way! 7 kits for a tiny change to some stickers!

I feel like some of the ways items are priced work similarly. I saw a post today about thee difference between buying a massive neon sign and a laptop was like 70k. Some of the items in the game are really disproportionate! There's no reason the cost of turning an iron table white or customizing a frozen treat set should be 7 kits, the same as a fountain or laptop.

Oh, yeah, the pricing of things definitely. I've gawked at some of the prices the Nooklings demand for stuff that isn't that different from the cheap things.

All I can figure is that the leaves are like Pokeballs and the item comes out of it whenever you choose LOL

"Leaves transforming into objects is a cultural reference in Japan. Without going into too much detail, it's a reference to the mythological ability of the tanooki/tanuki (the species which Tom Nook is actually a member of), which supposedly could use leaves to help them transform." :)

Why you can put bugs and fish or literally everything in your storage but little bits of paper with an acorn on it or some flowers can't

And no turnips... glad I don't buy them anymore. Great when your island is empty, but further in the game there is not much space to store them.

Apparently there's no chalk in the Animal Crossing world because you can't customize what's written on the menu chalkboard. They probably use permanent ink.

The amount of bells which you have to waste for these kits just to get a tiny sticker on your item is ridiculous. Same goes for the amount of kits needed to change the color of the Iron Garden table, chair and bench.

Also agree with the prices of some items Nook's Cranny sells. Just bought for 100k the desktop computer today because I really wanted a PC as decoration for my room. Can't remember spending so much bells for certain items back in the previous AC games (not counting Gracie's items here)...
