Issue with kimono

I don't have any bag equipped (in fact, I've removed all clothing except for the kimono) and the sleeves are STILL rolled up. I've tried multiple kimonos and it still rolls up the sleeves. Anyone else experiencing this, or know how to fix it?

Are you holding a tool? I noticed today I had my sleeves rolled up when I had my ladder equipped
