Island Tours

Okay, so I never thought much of it until just recently. So my favourite island tour has been the scavenger hunt because you can end it any time and you get a lot of medals for it but ever since I reset my town a while back I have not seen the tour available. I have expanded the list of tours but the scavenger hunt is just not there and I have checked every time I go to the island. Does that mean I just don't get it? Because that was my go to tour and I'm sad that I can't do it any more.

The list of tours rotates daily, so maybe you are just unlucky in getting there on the right days?

Actually, the tours vary from day to day. There's a topic on gamefaqs that lists the daily tours.
