Island Resident Representative question

What if Profile 1 owns the digital copy of the game and Profile 2 started the game bought by Profile 1. Who will be the Resident Representative?

Also will there be a transfer of Resident Representative from profile to profile?

Profile 1 will always be the Representative. Far as I'm aware, there's no way to 'transfer' the Representative.

whoever is the first person moved onto the island in a new game is considered the resident representative.

Ah, in that case its whoever created the island. So in this case, Profile 2 would be the Representative.
