Isabelle won't sleep!

I've had the game for 10 days now, I've built 4-5 PWPs, I've connected to the internet multiple times, but Isabelle just refuses to sleep. When I walk into the town hall she's always awake. I really want to have the Dream Suite so that I can visit Dream Towns! Helppp!

Bring her on a date and put plls in her drink then make her go to the office and MAKE HER SLEEP!

On a real note,u need to play the game for 7 days

I just started a new town two weeks ago and I believe Isabelle slept in my town on either day 9 or 10
