I've been a mayor since I got the game back in Summer 2013, and Isabelle is still not sleeping for me to open the Dream Suite. Is it because I haven't built a PWP yet?

You have to have wifi'd with someone else I believe Isabelle should fall asleep.
I don't think you have to have connected with someone via wi-fi, in order to get her to sleep...

You don't need to have connected with someone for her to sleep, and I'm pretty sure you don't have to have a public works project complete either (I usually don't get one in for a while because of villagers moving in constantly). I always just wait until I have my approval rating complete / have had my town for 7+ days, and then get up around 6 the next morning to catch her sleeping. I can't remember if your house needs to be paid off at least once or not because I always hop to it right away, but I don't think it's required. Sometimes it takes a few days, but eventually Isabelle should be asleep. / u v u

Look, I've just been lazy and I'm not crazy about organizing my town like all of you guys. I step on flowers all the time and I don't care. I don't even have a path. Right now I'm focused on paying off my debt and being lazy, but that's probably because that's how I'm used to it in the previous games. I did try building a Reset Center once because I'm the only one who actually liked Resetti, but I just shut it down because I couldn't be paying Tom Nook and helping to build the Reset Center at the same time. Maybe some other time, Resetti...

Actually, now that I think about it, I have a serious problem in trying to get my town organized. I just can't do it like everyone else. Doesn't anybody have a good guide?
