For me, it's as done as it will ever be. There are definitely some things I could improve on, but overall I think it's okay, and I just don't have as much time so spend on it as I used to.

Mine is 100% done. Nothing more I can do with it. I am, however, replacing my sapling trees right now with perfect fruit trees so I can harvest them to "kill them". I want to see branches, not leaves.

More than 75% but definitely not 100% in my eyes. Maybe 98-99%?

Do you have all your dreamies? Yes! Took a long time and lots of work.
Have no random stuff on the ground? All the stuff on the ground are for dreamers, so nah.
Have your house or house done? Yup, filled with all my favorite stuff, no theme though since I don't really care for that.
Flowers organize? Absolutely! Everything has a place.
Missing any PWP? Nope

I'm mainly working on gold badges now so nothing much left to do now unfortunately.

Have your house or house done? Not quite. I have 3 of 6 rooms where I want them to be. The other 3 will take lots of work. I'm not really sure what I want to do with them either.
Flowers organized? For the most part! I spent a good amount of time rearranging them the other day. There are still some areas that need work but they aren't terrible.
Missing PWPs? I'm not sure I have any room for more PWPs

I'd say I'm at about 75%. I lost the cartridge that has my town on it for about a year and when I found it a few months ago, I noticed it really needed work. So I've been working on it and I'm really proud of my town

No and probably never will.

I can't estimate a percentage, though according to my current plan, most of what I need to do is upgrade and decorate the houses of side characters. Decorating the rest of the town will be quick since I want to keep it simple.

However, my plans may keep changing. There are villagers whose houses I wanted to redecorate and no longer do, and villagers whose houses I want to change but liked the way they were before.

I'm more interested in just accomplishing small things every day, I'm in no hurry to have a finished town. Even when I do, I'll still have things to look forward to like getting all the badges.

I'm never really "done" because I'll take a break from the game and then come back and want to change everything. Currently I'm doing exactly that, so I'm actually switching out a lot of my villagers and putting in a bunch of PWP's atm.

If I had to guess I'd say 50% done, maybe a bit more?

No, not even the tiniest bit close. :l
I haven't placed any flowers, bushes ect. and I just started placing paths today.
I want to go slowly to keep my game interesting for as long as possible!

Do you have all your dreamies? Nope. Currently got Francine, Marshal, Static and Muffy right now, and I'll be keeping them
Have no random stuff on the ground? //sweats nervously// tons of **** on the ground
Have your house or house done? Waiting to complete my Dreamies list, so I will be able to put my final and fourth house down. Otherwise, my current three houses are not near to completion at all
Flowers organize? Uhhhh breeding some of them, but I'm gonna transfer my flowers from my first town to my second
