Is your mailbox full?

Considering the mail gets deleted automatically once it's full, starting from the oldest, I don't bother deleting anything myself. I do favourite the ones that come from my in-game mom, and I *think* that makes it so those aren't deleted? I could be wrong though. Regardless, I don't keep it tidy or delete things manually. But I never leave anything in there unchecked.

Oh no, you have to manually delete mail? Aug, I really hoped it auto-deleted the oldest letters.

I TT a lot so my mailbox is always full. It's such a hassle to open the letter, retrieve the gift, open the gift then deal with the contents. So I rarely open my mail unless it's from mom, Redd, CJ or Flick!

Once it reaches a certain amount I get stressed and will need to go through them... Just like my storage haha

Anyone that has a full mailbox, is there an animation that tells you your inbox is full ? In NL if you reached capacity, your mailbox looked like it was about to explode

You don't have to delete mail. The mailbox will automatically remove the oldest letters first.

Oh wait I gotta be careful then :0 I wouldn't want stuff to get deleted without me knowing, thanks for this!

I'm not actually full yet, but I think I'm close… I take screenshots of the letters I like tho! This way I'll be able to eventually delete them without losing them :D
And it would make sense that the favorite letters don't get deleted… I do hope it works that way, because in this case, you'd just need to afve the letters you wanna keep and then let the rest delete itself!

Getting there! At 270 right now and thought I was at around 100 a week ago. Not sure what happened.

I saw someone mention oldest letters get removed automatically. Going to have to go in and delete all the HRA/item-related ones so I don’t lose any from friends or villagers. It’s the furniture storage crisis all over again.

mine is fine for now, but I'm really scared of it getting full
when I did my little TT adventure, it filled up quick and it was one of the things I was scared of.
I should go in and start cleaning it up before it reaches critical fullness

Lol this post made me go clear out 200 letters... To be honest, I didn't even realise how to delete letters this game and I was kinda under the impression that it was an unlimited mailbox.

Mine's empty. I don't even read them I just take the present and delete the letter.

I like deleting letters I don't intend to keep. Especially HHA letters. Stop telling me how to decorate my rooms.
