Is Tom Nook a good card?

Sorry if this is not a good place for this, but is Tom Nook a good or rare card to have? I haven't seen many people wanting him or trading him away.

Yes and no. Tom Nook is a special character, so that makes him a little more special. But considering that every card pack comes with at least 1 special character, that does make him a little less rare than the regular cards.

It seems like there's no rarity with this cards, especially SC are easy to get.
