I've been resetting for villager house plots ever since I got the game, which would be HOURS of resetting. Not ONCE has ANYONE attempted to move here. Is it too close to the river for them to move, or am I just having terrible luck?
I'm inclined to say no, but the space for the door has always been a bit confusing to me.
It's also a pretty particular space, so it may just be poor luck.
Hmm, normally they should be able to move there. I believe there's enough space. Do you have anything on the other side of the river? If you have PWPs or other villagers in the area, it's very likely they won't move there.
I think there's a rock on the other side, but that's it. There's been neighbors trying to move next to the rock, though. I don't know if that makes a difference.
I think your spacing is fine but I rarely see villagers place their plots in that strip of land between the train tracks and the river.I'm not sure why that is because there's enough room for a house. Is that area in the screenshot to the right of your railroad crossing or to the left?
