I don't think so , if this would be real , when other people come to someone's island to sell their turnips , half of them would get the surprise that the prices are different from what they expected

Me too. Simpler times. You really couldn't rely on the Internet to figure out how to deal with things or find things. At least that's how it was for me. I would find out about these things from other kids at school.

Yeah. My best friend called me on a wireless phone. xD He was telling me how to get MissingNo., and I was like, "What is that?" He told me what to do, I tried it, and I was surprised. Unfortunately, it messed up the game. I ended up starting my Red version a couple years later afterwards.

I knew about the consequences but I wanted those sweet, sweet master balls and nuggets. The legendary birds were a pain to catch. Of course, my game messed up, too, eventually. Good times.

At the time I had used my Master Ball before being able to duplicate it. I don't know how many times it took for me to catch Mewtwo with an Ultra Ball.

Not really, all items like fish, bugs and furniture have standard prices, like some people said maybe the person got confused by the time change in turnips
