Personally, I hate maps with the Town Hall kinda out of the way, but otherwise, I love it.

Well, no map is a "good" map or a "bad" map, it all depends on who is assessing it. But in my opinion, yea it looks good. Maybe put your house somewhere relatively close to the bridge so you can easily access the plaza and town hall. That's my opinion anyways.

I think vertical rivers are gorgeous, however I would advise against choosing a map that has that "unusable" sliver of land (such as in that top left corner.) The re-tail and town hall are also oddly placed, and would be inconveniences in the long run (Re-Tails far away from the Dock are kind of a pain, especially if you ever go beetle hunting). Overall I find the map kind of awkward, with the Re-Tail being adjacent to the town square as well, but again this is just my opinion and general tips on what I've seen from the resetting thread.

Pros:
circle grass (i dont like triangle)
south waterfall
fang is a villager
central town tree
river doesnt block the mainstreet and there are only two
Cons:
pear is the fruit (dont mind but i was hoping for apple or peaches)
retail and town hall are far away i guess but i dont mind
sliver of land (but ive seen good designs, it will be a forest town and i see a lot of nice foresty areas put there)

Oooh, Fang is there and he's your dreamie so that's kind of a go. If you have something planned out for that strip of land, then that's great <: ! Just gotta be careful to plot reset any villagers you may get to avoid that strip of land then I guess?
:O Well, you could plant just peach or apple trees, unless you wanted golden butts ||Orz (peaches are my fave ahuehue) and circle grass is my fave as well! Having villagers all along the waterfront would be cool, so if you're tired of resetting, this is a definite yes then :'D

Yeah, i think ill keep this one! Plus its my birthday tomorrow and i dont want to stress about it all day haha ^.^
Changed your map again huh??lol.. I like this one as well!! My second town has almost the same layout except for the tree, its in a bit of a different spot.... If you like the map stick with it.. Even the little things you dont like about it now, you may end u being happy with.. Its all about perspective.
