Pretty sure it's just for Kick but I'm sure if you search hard/long enough online OR if you're pretty artistic yourself then you could find the QR code for it, scan it and voila orrr make it yourself if you're up for it!

You could try to replicate it with a pattern.

I found a pattern for a Kicks outfit, but it's a dress. Hopefully the person gets a shirt up of it. Then I'd pair it with the explorer pants and the paperboy hat for the closest outfit you're gonna get.
