IS THIS A GLITCH??

so, I kept on time travelling because I wanted to buy bushes from the gardening store....
and after time traveling a few days, I talked to Bruce my cranky villager and there was an option saying "I buried it"!! I don't know where that came from because I havent talked to him in a while and I know for sure I didn't get any item from him to bury.... :/

is this a glitch or am I missing something?...

hmm I think I DID bury one but I can't remember if it was for HIM XD
but that was a loooong time ago, like two months earlier.... :/

I buried a time capsule for Daisy. Once when she was sick, she mustered the strength to ask me for it, so I dug it up. The rest of the day she only complained about being sick, and the subject never again came up. I just opened it and disposed of it by myself ;( I think there might be some glitches in how it's programmed!

A different player asked for the time capsule back. At the time I had 2 time capsule buried. One was Cyrano and the other was Angus. Angus got his back but Cyrano didn't ask for his. Instead I got Sterling asking for his. He never requested the time capsule.
I had fun finding it because I put a pathway over it. It was behind the police station. Cyrano hasn't asked in 4 months.

Maybe. I've had that option before, but I usually talk to them again the same day. Was this the first time you'd talked to him since you buried it? I don't know why he'd randomly bring it up later unless you hadn't told him about it before. Even then I would have guessed you'd only get that dialog on the same day, not months later! Hope you can find it again when he asks!

Have you talked to him since you buried the time capsule? If you buried it 2 months ago then haven't talked to him since then, it's not a glitch. Or did you go tell him "I buried it" after you buried it?

If this was the first time you've talked to him since then it makes sense that it would be a dialogue option.
