Is there diving or no?

Here's hoping it does arrive in a future update, I enjoyed hunting for sea creatures in New Leaf.

If they do add it I hope they do something different with it, it wasn't that good in New Leaf imo.
It's weird cos a submarine and diving gear were added to my museum after a few days donating fish, maybe its a hint of something to come.
