Is there any way of getting the fueki RV in a European game without hacking?

I really wanna get his rv in my town but I'm not sure if I can do this without a Japanese game.

I don't think you can get him without a japanese game. The only way to get it on a European game is to hack

R e g a r d l e s s　of the version, it's literally impossible without hack to have his RV from now.
It was a van you were able to download for the day, in the past, on exclusively JP version of the game.
As same as other NPC RVs, if the town clock hit the 6 am, it's gone. So the only legit way to have this van today is, that you were playing NL in JP version at the time and not changing the date of your town ever since then. No any other legit method.

I'm more than pretty sure he and Filly are confined to their rvs and can't move in.

Right. But by using hack you can have him live in your town. He's so cute and I've been wanting him as a villager badly as well. But no way that I'd hack, so. Just keeping his van, only because not wanting to be unable to see his silly face forever.

Wow I had a friend that had him in their town. I wonder what happens during events like April fools where you get their pics, would it crash the game?

I'm assuming what happens with Holden is that he'll give you a pic with Hamphrey's image on it, but he has his on catchphrase which is somethin like 'just stick it' or 'just stick with it'. I made a thread asking about Holden and Filly in people's towns, but it seems like Filly can't be moved in with hacks.

I see.. That's interesting that you can get Holden but not filly. I'm kinda curious to see his pic now
