I am not liking the layout in my cycling town, so I want to sell it and start over, but I can't seem to get the tree big enough, no matter if I leave my game open for days or what.
Any advice would be appreciated. ^^

If I'm correct, your tree is not directly affected by play time. Maybe it is, but if it is it's only for the first like... few hours or something? (citation needed. I'm pulling trash outta my butt here but I feel like I heard that somewhere)

I do believe it mainly depends on how developed your town is, how many public works projects you have, your town rating, where your shop's upgrades are at, museum status, etc.

Well, the value is determined by development, but the selling point is by time.

Minimum:

* 50 Days *
* 50 hours *

When Phinneas gives the 1st villager representative badge you know you?re close.

Then when you can sit at the tree and there is 5 ?sprout? balls of leaves...you should be ready to sell.

Remember the 50 separate calendar days within the game- open those...then you can leave the game open.
